May Long Weekend Among the Vineyards of South Moravia

This year, we’re taking you to South Moravia for the May long weekend, around Mikulov and the picturesque Pálava region. It’s a place made for gravel exploration: gentle climbs, good gravel roads, winding lanes between the vineyards and views that will make you want to stop every few minutes.

Pálava is particularly beautiful in spring. By May, everything is lush and green, the vineyards are coming back to life, and the hills surrounding Mikulov create the perfect backdrop for a cycling adventure. We’ll ride quiet roads through South Moravia, drop into small villages and discover some of the region’s less obvious corners.

We’ve prepared carefully designed routes that will take you to the most interesting places in the region while avoiding busy roads. Four days of riding await us, with a mix of elevation gain and solid mileage, plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, relaxed coffee stops and local wine tastings.

Our base will be a charming guesthouse with its own vineyard, located in the heart of Pálava. This is where we’ll start and finish each day on the bikes. After returning from the route, you’ll be able to relax, enjoy some local wine and simply soak up the atmosphere of South Moravia.

And what about everything beyond cycling? Mikulov, Moravian wine, Czech cuisine and the unhurried rhythm of small towns. There’ll be time for coffee, good food and evenings spent together – no rush, with views over the vineyards.

This is the first edition of this camp. The photos shown on this page are from other camps.

Welcome pack

Welcome to the family! ENDLESS is more than just bikes – it’s a set of values and a way of life. We focus on quality accessories – no cheap, mass-produced gear. On the camp, you’ll receive a welcome pack from us:

At the first camp of the year: cycling socks and a water bottle..

The socks are made in Poland by Raso, using high-quality materials. The bottle? BPA-free, dishwasher-safe, and most importantly – it does not affect the taste of your drink.

At the second camp of the year: a t-shirt and a bandana.

A high-quality organic cotton t-shirt (230 g/m²) with embroidered chest logo. The bandana is sewn in Poland from soft, lightweight cotton – the most stylish accessory for a gravel look, perfect both on and off the bike.

At the third camp of the year: the Isadore x ENDLESS cycling jersey.

A top-tier summer cycling jersey, designed in collaboration with the Slovak premium cycling apparel brand Isadore. A tailored fit, made in Slovakia from the highest-quality, breathable and soft-to-the-touch fabrics.

Routes

South Moravia is a new destination on our calendar – this is the first edition of this camp. Over four days, we’ll explore all the region’s highlights, partly following official cycling routes and partly riding our own carefully designed routes. We’ll visit the must-see spots as well as some of the region’s less obvious gravel gems. The routes are technically easy, with plenty of quiet paved roads and good-quality gravel roads running through the vineyards. We recommend tyres 40–45 mm wide.

Each day, we’ll split into two groups based on riding level:

Group 1 – approx. 80 km and 800 m of elevation gain per day

Group 2 – approx. 110 km and 1,000 m of elevation gain per day

The two groups will follow largely overlapping routes, so that at least once a day the whole crew can meet up for coffee or lunch.

Please note: we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary below, provided they do not significantly affect the distance or total elevation gain.
