Accommodation
We’ll stay in the heart of the Izery Mountains, Świeradów-Zdrój, at Pensjonat Głęboki Jar in 2–4 person rooms, all with private bathrooms. There’s a shared area with dining space and a firepit/grill, which we’ll definitely use Friday evening.
Routes
The Izery Mountains offer everything a gravel rider could dream of: excellent forest roads, vast spruce forests, mountain huts with great food, and arguably the best views of any Polish range. Riding here means spending hours at high altitude with wide exposure. Expect lots of climbing — generally long, not steep — with the longer group tackling the Przełęcz Karkonoska, averaging 15% on the last kilometer. Some sections may be technically loose or slightly tricky. We recommend tires at least 45 mm wide.
As always, we’ve prepared two route options for each day so we can split into groups based on pace and experience level. This way everyone can find the right ride for themselves. Both groups follow largely overlapping routes, so at least once a day we meet up as a full crew for a shared break.
Note: We reserve the right to make small adjustments to the routes if necessary. These changes will not significantly affect the overall distance or elevation gain.
